It is mainly used for the production of film, paper and other surface coating process. 1. Stable tension control. The tension control at all levels is completed by the frequency converter, which makes the tension sensor realize the tension control, and the system is simple and stable. PLC and synchronous controller are used to control the speed of the drive roller frequency converter, and closed-loop tension control (inductive vector control) can easily realize the tension balance in the acceleration and deceleration process.

2. Stable heating system. The oven is a multi-stage independent temperature control system. The heating adopts electric heating. The hot air enters the drying system. The adjustable internal circulation air suction and exhaust device has strong air inlet and exhaust, and the drying is complete. In addition, the oven adopts special shunt structure to ensure uniform and constant heating.

3. Stable glue scraper. The coating scraper shaft adopts the heavy-duty double axis mechanical independent travel, the scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted at will. The coating quantity depends on the mesh roller. Different coating quantity is based on the mesh roller of different mesh.

4. Automatic winder. The winder is a double position winder, which adopts precise analog quantity and ultrasonic mixing correction system, and the winder is flat without stretching. And equipped with automatic roll change pneumatic cutter.
