Coating machine often produce static electricity. So how to remove static electricity?
1. The measures of ion current static eliminator are only suitable to eliminate the accumulated static charge on the surface of the processed object, and can not eliminate the static electricity generated by passing through the subsequent guide roller; it is because there are many space guide rollers near the cloth coating head, and the space is limited, so it is inconvenient to use this kind of static eliminator to remove static electricity.
2. Adopt simple body with high grounding resistance. In theory, the measures to eliminate static electricity by grounding the ground wire of power supply are limited to the concept of Ohm's Law: v = IR. Ohm's law reflects the relationship between voltage and current carrier resistance when the carrier is a conductor and the charge is uniformly and orderly distributed on the surface of the conductor. The carrier of electrostatic charge in coating production is insulating paper, plastic film and rubber. The electrostatic charge on the carrier is scattered on the surface of insulator in disorder. Therefore, the theory of Ohm's law cannot solve the problem of electrostatic accumulation.
